This page displays pictures of my competitor’s poor craftsmanship and unsafe working practices.
From one foot on the ledge, very unsafe work environments, unsafe ladder jacks, insufficient scaffold, no window masking, small work areas, etc. If someone falls, would you risk having someone claim your homeowner’s insurance?

BE CAREFUL!
It is very important that you chose a qualified contractor to restucco your home. Unlicensed contractors will not have insurance to cover their employees if they get hurt on your property so you will be held liable if they get hurt on your property. Protect your home which is probably your biggest investment. Lemon Grove Stucco bid this job but I must have been too expensive for the property owner to use so he hired this bunch of guys and their ladders. I think you can see the many dangerous situations in the pictures.
Stucco Failures Below
If you look closely you will notice one common denominator on all the stucco failures. The common denominator is that none of the jobs were sandblasted and the re stucco job is falling off. These failures are caused by unlicensed and unprofessional contractors that don’t have and won’t invest in the proper sandblasting equipment to do the job right.
They are not looking out for your best interest or the best interest of the stucco industry. They are only looking out for themselves and trying to make a buck for themselves. These unlicensed and unprofessional contractors will usually tell you that they can hydro blast glue and re stucco your home. This is a poor way to re stucco your home because hydro blasting doesn’t create a mechanical bite for the stucco to stick to. And when the paint peals so will the stucco.
