Mr. Hempstead: started his career in the stucco industry as a union apprentice in 1978. James worked very hard and completed the Plasters union’s four-year apprentice course and became a highly skilled journeyman plaster in in 1982. James worked for some of the bigger plastering companies and honed his plastering skills and perfecting his customer relations. James is very highly skilled at customer relations, crew management and all phases of plastering, Over the years James has acquired the highest standards in the application of sand & cement stucco, Acrylic stucco, scratch and brown coats. James and the owner of Lemon Grove Stucco were apprentices at the same time in San Diego. James has become the owner of Lemon Grove Stuccos right hand man with over 20 years of employment at Lemon Grove Stucco.
James’s Current Position at Lemon Grove Stucco is on site Project manager and foreman. It is a pleasure having Mr. Hempstead as a managing member in Lemon Grove Stucco’s fine stable of craftsmen.
